Hello world!
I decided to start a blog about all the potentially entertaining possibilities on the web, most specifically the games. However, I thought it only far that you know a little something about your reviewer first.
I am the mother of two baby girls. (Really one of them is a toddler.) And as such I prefer to spend my money on my girls rather than on entertainment. Therefore most, if not all, of the games I write about will be free.
I enjoy fantasy novels and the occasional science fiction novel–although I expect more of my science fiction than I do of my fantasy novels. I find that a fantastic idea is often enough to catch my idea even if the story itself is lacking–I have a tendency to create more of the world myself. Anyway, this propensity for the fantastic means I enjoy a good RPG, especially if it has a good story line.
However, I also feel that the more simplistic games have their place. Occasionally it’s nice to sit down and play a simple puzzle game or maybe a game of Frogger. Frogger is one of those games that will never die because it’s very simplicity is what makes it so appealing.
So with those thoughts in mind tomorrow I will bring you your first review.
